それでは、英語スピーチ全文です。
I am contributing to the fourth Sustainable Development Goal (SDG), Quality Education, through my innovative concept, Ho-Me-I-Ku.
The impact of Ho-Me-I-Ku is profound, increasing self-esteem and confidence, promoting mutual understanding and relationships, which in turn leads to increased productivity, improved corporate performance, and a better working environment.
There is a statistic that Japanese younger generations hold low self-esteem and mutual respect, but I believe this does not represent truth.
My hypothesis is that the people, whose deep-seated beliefs are based on Shintoism, are constantly comparing themselves to Something Great, who is supposed to be perfect. This would be the reason.
Japan's ability to work as a team will have a positive impact on the world. Working in team in communities is a common issue around the world.
My approach, Ho-Me-I-Ku, offers a solution to this problem. It is a simple yet underutilized strategy that can bring about a revolution in education and relationships among people, not only in Japan, but around the world.

The essence of my proposal is not to praise indiscriminately, but to praise structurally. It is based on behavioral science, which identifies behaviors that actually deserve praise.
This approach aims to foster a culture where individuals are motivated by recognition, creating a society that values contribution and community.

My vision goes beyond Japan. I dream of establishing praise-centered social business in all UN member states.
In this model, individuals achieve independence and financial stability and are encouraged to donate to their communities and educational institutions.
This initiative will not only support individual development, but will also contribute to supporting the SDG Goal 4 and promoting an environment around the world where education is a right and a catalyst for positive social change.
In January, I have given a speech on “Ho-Me-I-Ku educational method in collaboration with AI” in Oman, Middle East. Please also see a part of the video: (showing video)
Later this month, I am going to speak at the World Education Summit on the same topic.
As you can see, Ho-Me-I-Ku is now having a great impact on the education of people around the globe.
I have wanted to work for the United Nations ever since I was a dishwasher at a ramen restaurant.
One of the most important things in my life is to make a contribution to the Earth as a global citizen through relations with the United Nations.
Lastly, We are born to be praised and we exist to praise each other. I hope you will continue to support us in making this truth a guiding principle for the people of the earth.
We only live once, and I would like to end my speech by expressing my sincere gratitude for this encounter on this day.
